Environmental policy
AKZ Ltd. is fully dedicated to protect the environment and we are continuously working on improving the environmental performance in our supply and production activities.
Our environmental aims are to buy legal and sustainably managed raw materials, optimize energy use and consumption, reduce carbon emissions and pollution in our timber production process.
We manage our activities to achieve our environmental aims through our environmental management system which is a certified chain of custody for both the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) timber.
AKZ has implemented an energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001:2018 requirements in 2016.
