AKZ Ltd is set up with specialize planing facilities for the production of DIY products, including integrated bar-coding equipment to mark every piece. Our specialized kilns are specially designed for drying boards for DIY usage. The controlled climate inside the kilns is at a sufficient temperature to crystallize the pitch (resin) pockets in the wood. This means less change of ‘sticky’ boards on the shelves.
